Alden After Hours - Summer Art Series

It’s an OUTDOOR PAINT PARTY!

These paintings are so simple & FUN!
Join us at the outdoor inspirational studio of Alden Lane Nursery and create a beautiful 18″ x 20″ acrylic painting suitable to display in your garden, fence or patio. You will receive a specially constructed cement board “canvas,” acrylics and expert instruction to blossom into your inner artist.

Come and have a great time with friends and go home with a custom piece of hardy outdoor art worthy to brag about! AND – There will be snacks, a glass of wine (soda or water available) and music to paint by! Please bring yourself, your friends, and wear clothes you can get paint on.

Our subject for June is “Cherry Blossoms.” Join us Thursday, June 6th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. where we will be using Cotton Swabs and Paint to create a branch of lovely Spring Cherry Blossoms. Reservations are open up to June 3rd. Space is limited.

For July, you will be painting “Summer Hummers.” Join us Thursday, July 11th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. to create a beautiful painting of Flowers and Hummingbirds. Reservations made up to July 2nd. Space is limited.

Next, join us on Thursday, August 8th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. for our August subject of “Butterflies and Bees.” This beautiful painting of Butterflies, Flowers, and Bees is simple, using embellished stencils and toilet paper tube “brushes”! Reservations are open up to August 5th. Space is limited.

This year we are offering a September painting session as well. Join us Thursday, September 5th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. to create an “Autumn Pumpkin.” Who can resist painting your very own colorful pumpkin to enjoy throughout the season? This painting is simple, and you will love the result. Make sure to reserve your spot by September 3rd as space is limited, and we expect to fill up quickly for this one!
